I’m a recovering digital media agency founder/CEO. In a previous chapter, video content I produced or directed was viewed more than 150 million times, changed laws in 33 different states, and was featured in publications like the New York Times, Guardian, Teen Vogue on a regular basis. I got to build digital movements alongside ppl like Alicia Keys, Charlize Theron, Pharrell Williams, Caitlyn Jenner, and Jose Andres +++.

In 2021, I transitioned the agency, and began focusing exclusively at the intersection of experience design, community and inner work.

In addition to this substack, I facilitate IRL experiences in NYC that have connection @ depth as the goal. The approach I take is inspired by group relations theory, mindfulness, somatic intelligence, non violent communication + positive psychology. I’m a real big ol’ fan of Carl Jung.

I happen to hold a Master of Arts degree in psychology with an area of focus in spirituality from Columbia University.
